I signed up for XXXX service on multiple lines. 3 phones lines, a tablet data line, and a smartwatch line. XXXX never provided service on the tablet line or the smartwatch line. I never received SIM cards. Contacting support would lead to them saying they were sending them and they never did. I cancelled the lines. Later I found out they kept the accounts open and were charging them despite me not receiving service and it not being possible for me to receive service since they never sent me the hardware necessary for that to happen. XXXX put me in to collections with Diversified Adjustment Service. I kept asking both XXXX and the Collection Company for proof I received any service on the lines in question and they both never have. They can not send proof because I literally never received any product or service despite paying for them. Now they are harming my credit to try to get even more money from me.
