For the past two years now, Equifax has refused to provide legally accurate updates regarding my true credit score as determined by my documented financial history with my student loan ( originally XXXX, now XXXX ) and credit card service provider ( XXXXXXXX XXXX ). I have previously had the same issue with XXXX, however, they recently have started providing me with timely and accurate credit score updates based on my documented financial trends. I have not missed a credit payment for over 4 years now, have an extremely low and recoverable debt ( especially since 1 of 2 debts is a suspended student loan, pending possible cancellation ), have made on-time payments, and kept my credit utilization to a low and safe percentile for the past several years, and my one and only credit card provider has raised my credit limit routinely, every three months, for the past two years. Attached is evidence from XXXX XXXX that my Equifax report does not match my XXXX report by an unacceptably large difference; please note which pdf file pertains to which Credit Reporting agency as determined by filename. My XXXX score has fluctuated, primarily positively, but also negatively, over the past year ; however, just like my last complaint to CFPB about Equifax, my Equifax score has unacceptably " not changed '', neither positively nor negatively over the past year. I am now absolutely determined to get this resolved and will be completely paying off the little debt I possess until my credit score is properly and completely corrected with Equifax. I have researched via XXXX that most people on average experience the same credit score between XXXX and Equifax, however, my XXXX and Equifax score have grossly differed for the past three years. It must be immediately determined what is preventing legitimate credit score updates, to me, from Equifax, as at this time I am by all means regarding them as being in a state of incrimination. Please investigate! Thank you.
