Hello, Per attached documents sent to Experian, letters dated XXXX requesting their method of verification for thee said results from disputes listed in my request. Attached is also the receival date Experian received my request certified receipt mail. According to FCRA a consumer can request the method of verification when a credit reporting bureau has deemed information as verified/accurate/certified. The Credit reporting bureau must provide this information based on their results in the details as I have requested and has 15 days to do so by law. Experian received my request XXXX according to the attached documents from postal tracking, for these documents were sent certified return receipt mail. It is now pass the 15 days allowed for Experian to provide me their method of verification. This not puts experian in violation of FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) 1. A notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency And ; 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 7 ) A consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer a description referred to in paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) by not later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer for that description. experian continues to violate the FCRA and effect consumers negatively.
