NOTICE OF DEFAULT OPPORTUNITY TO CURE Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), I am writing to file a complaint against Equifax for their violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ). Equifax has failed to comply with my request for information about my credit report and has stalled the investigation for over 30 days, which is a violation of the FCRA.
