On XX/XX/23 I had wrote my complaint against the company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for wrongful /illegal repossession when in fact I was not defaulted on my payment on the vehicle and as well to get the Tradeline removed from my credit since they did reply back on XX/XX/23 that they did collect the vehicle and were going to keep the vehicle and relayed that XXXX would cancel my open account and as of XX/XX/23 the tradeline would be removed from my credit report expeditiously, .. well here I am once again making a second complaint because of the false information XXXX has one again lied and relayed to me, by which my next stance is to go forward with my full legal civil suit because I havent given them time to correct their horrible unprofessional mistakes and vindictive practices. Im making a record of this second complaint due to have on record I have obliged myself to try to get a right solution from this company but if the tradeline isnt going to be removed as it was stated to me in the reply from XXXX then Im left with no choice to pursue full legal action against them!!!!
