Please consider this as my formal complaint to the EQUIFAX for allowing the fraudulent inquiries and for not taking corrections on my credit report. I sent out my dispute letter dated XX/XX/2023, with the identity theft report number XXXX. They also allowed the fraudulent accounts to be reported in my credit file with the identity theft number XXXX. As I checked my credit report these are unauthorized hard inquiries and fraudulent accounts are still reflected on my credit report. I was expecting that I can count on them to protect my information and to provide accurate credit reports.
