This account was paid off by my credit union with an overpayment of {$900.00}. The claimed to have sent me 3 refund checks which I received 2. One which they issued a stop payment against which came after I contacted then and I have it in my personal possession and the other one I cashed. I have been trying to resolve this since XX/XX/2022. I received a dispute letter from them XX/XX/2022 saying they'd get back to me in 90 days and I've heard nothing and I've called and have all of the documentation to support my claim. They have been reporting me to the credit union as late and non payment and my credit score has dropped tremendously. Everytime I call I get rerouted and they say they are going to take care of it and they don't. They have ruined my credit. Please get them to do something about this and correct my credit as they have ruined it.
