It is the Credit Reporting agencies duty pursuant to the FCRA to be reporting correct and accurate information on my credit report and file, however they are not. Equifax, XXXX and XXXX are reporting 1 inaccurate late payment for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with the account number xxxx - XXXX. This includes late payment ( s ) 60 days from XX/XX/2017. This is incorrect and supposed to be reported as Paid as Agreed. Furthermore, pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ), a consumer report does not contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person ( s ) making the report. A transaction constitutes these late payments resulting in XXXX, XXXX and Equifax in violating my Federally protected rights. To add to this, I did not give ( Credit Bureau ) written instruction/permission to furnish these inaccurate late payment ( s ) on my consumer report of file, thus violating 15 U.S.C. 1681 b ( a ) ( 2 ). It is clear that XXXX, Equifax and XXXX have violated my Federally protected rights under the FCRA and the inaccurate reporting is causing me undue hardship and my reputation severe harm and discrimination.
