Hey hope all is well guys this isnt my account and is being reported inaccurately I filed a report with identity theft.gov and multiple police reports. Account was opened XX/XX/XXXX I had been in the hospital fighting for my life from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX and wouldnt have been able to obtain any credit during the tough time period where I was fighting for my life Ive sent the credit Bureaus and Creditor multiple letter and phones call to assist me with this matter and Ive have yet to receive any help or yet to see the account being reported inaccurately removed. Its an violation of my right under the FCRA to report inaccurate information on my credit report Disputed Account listed Below : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX U.S.C. 1681s-2. ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information Is inaccurate.
