I opened a SECURED Capital One credit card in XXXX. The representative gave me inaccurate information. She advised me, that I could add {$300.00} more to increase the credit limit to {$500.00}, but DID NOT mention, that I should not make any purchases until I added the money. Unfortunately, her inaccuracy resulted in a less than desirable credit limit. Initially, I was advised, that I could request an increase in ninety days ; which wasnt the case. I spoke with the supervisor XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX regarding the injustice, and increasing my credit limit. Plus, I spoke with other Capital One supervisors regarding increasing my credit limit.
