We asked the company how our address was changed without our consent and they could not find an explanation. Network Capital staff stated that they required all borrowers ' signatures to change a mailing address. However, they could not produce any signed form. Please investigate the process for an address change as this may be negligence due to lack of training or intentional fraud. This investigation is necessary to prevent identity theft from occurring. The address listed in the attached letter is an empty lot.
