In XXXX I filed bankruptcy. That bankruptcy was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. My Sallie Mae private student loans were included in this discharge. But very shortly after I received communication from Sallie Mae stating I still owed these loans a payment was to restart. Theyve sent me bills every month since and Ive paid them for around 5 years now, ( because they told me I had to ). I have paid off my one loan completely and am only down to around {$900.00}. XXXX on my second loan. I just received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Sallie Mae stating my loan ( singular since my other is paid off ) has been included in a bankruptcy discharge. I called and they confirmed their bankruptcy department was working on discharging my loan. The problem is Ive paid them around {$16000.00} already on 2 loans that were discharged in XXXX because they told me I had to. If I was late on payments they called over and over and charged me late fees. I want all my money back every cent Ive paid since XX/XX/XXXX.
