I am submitting this CFPB Complaint to dispute the remaining fraudulent accounts and information that has been reported on my Credit File by the Credit Reporting Agencies. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 605b, I am demanding the Credit Reporting Agencies to remove the disputed fraudulent items off of my Credit File as soon as possible. Despite my previous attempts to have the fraudulent items removed from my Credit File, the disputed items are still being reported in violation of the FCRA section 605b. I do not own these accounts neither did I authorized anyone to open these accounts on my behalf. This is unacceptable and I demand immediate action be taken to correct the erroneous accounts, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
