CFPB has had a data breach and our data was affected because of this. The incident is a FCRA violation. The negative items I have on my report have been updated due to the CFPB breach and that is in violation of code 1681I. I would like all negative remarks removed from my account based on this breach and violation. My personal information has been compromised and I didnt give permission for this and the company is in violation.
