Consumer Narrative

I have two accounts one ending in XXXX the other one ending in XXXX. I received pretty much identical letters today stating that you have reduced my credit limit. And Im not talking about just reducing it a little bit. For example the card ending in XXXX you went from {$11000.00} down to {$300.00}. Some of your reasonings are that I have a late payment I have just looked at all three of my credit reports. I dont know what youre talking about. Could you please show me where youre finding this late payment because I cant find it. I scoured every single credit report and can not find where Ive ever missed a payment anywhere ever. I think you tell me that payment to low relative to balance on Wells Fargo credit card last six months I have a XXXX balance what are you talking about so you lowered my credit limit because I have a XXXX balance. Please explain yourself in detail and in writing, and because your reasonings dont add up, they just arent truthful. Youve also listed that I near my credit limit on other cards. I looked, and I will admit theres two cards that are I guess you could consider relatively close to the credit limit theres still thousands left but were getting close to that I guess, but I also havent made a payment this month yet either. So obviously, those balance will decrease the rest of the cards. Do not have that large balance. A lot of them have a XXXX balance just like my Wells Fargo card ending in XXXX the other credit card ending in XXXX. You pretty much used all the exact same excuses. The only difference here is that I do have a {$400.00} balance on the card {$400.00} has literally been on the card for less than a month. How can you determine how much Im going to pay or how quickly Im gon na pay that {$400.00} off if we literally the balance has been there for less than a month.
