I disputed this inaccurate information on XX/XX/XXXX and reached out to the following companies for assistance VIA TELEPHONE and still this has NOT been resolved I provided TRANSUNION information explaining that I am a victim of identity theft and let them know this action items where UNAUTHORIZED and not a result of my doings ( SEE POLICE REPORT - FOR THEFT ATTACHED ) In my dispute I asked that an employer AND unknown hard inquires be removed as they are damaging my reputation and character PER, The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., governs access to consumer credit report records and promotes accuracy, fairness, and the privacy of personal information assembled by Credit Reporting Agencies ( CRAs ). **** Transunion is in violation, as I have stated and was willing and to provide documentation that these hard inquired are inaccurate! I have explained that this false reporting is unfair, and affecting the privacy of my information. PER, 15 U.S.C 1681 e - Accuracy of Report ( B ) states. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumers report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the reports relate. **** TRANSUNION has not gathered or provided the maximum possible and reasonable procedures to ensure this false information reporting on my credit report is accurate.
