I have tried several times to dispute an entry for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account.. The entry on my transunion report is that there has been no payments recorded since XXXXXXXX XXXX. It also states that I am in a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It says that the last payment I made on the account was in XXXX, XXXX this is simply not true. I originally contacted them about my credit card entry and Transunion removed the credit card from my report. Then I contacted them again and they said, that I had to contact the creditor to have them report it again so that it can be put back on my credit report. I did that and XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that they would send the information to Transunion and that it would be placed back on my report reporting all information from the time of removal now that it was verified. It was placed back on my credit report but no information is being reported since XXXX XXXX. I have not been in a XXXX XXXX for over a year and I successfully was dismissed/discharged from my bankruptcy in full compliance as I completed it successfully. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account was never included in my bankruptcy. All other credit cards are being reported accurately, however, this one credit card is not. It is not reporting payment history or reflecting an appropriate balance. I have unsuccessfully gone to both Transunion and XXXX XXXX and the problem has been ongoing since XXXXXXXX XXXX. I am desperately doing everything I can to improve my credit and I just want my report to accurately and timely reflect my payments, credit history and standing with XXXX XXXX XXXX
