Our loan was sold from XXXX to a company called XXXXLakeview XXXX We dont pay taxes on our property, we pay what is called a pilot into a pilot program through the township. This is an agreement with the town for 30 years to keep our pilot amount half of what taxes for the same place would cost. I have explained this and provided the township 's pilot bills to XXXX/Lakeview. They have miscalculated what we owe in our escrow, and collecting more than XXXX more that what we actually owe per month, bc they misread the township 's pilo statement. I have called XXXX/Lakeview at least 5 times, spoken with and visited our township for help, to no avail. If we dont pay the XXXX extra every month, they threaten to report us a loan default. We can not continue to afford a payment XXXX higher than what it should be, monthly. We are desperate for some help but the company is unwilling to help us. The township where they pilot gets paid- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX/Lakeview- XXXX. Our loan number is XXXX they are up to charging us {$6500.00} per month. Please help.
