Disputed with Comenity for an Ulta and Victoria Secret Credit Cards on XX/XX/23. Company received my disputes on XX/XX/23 as it shows according to the certified mail. It is now XX/XX/23 and I've yet to hear back from the company with a solution. The company agreed to remove from credit report but did not keep agreement after receiving payment. The FCRA gives the company 30 days to respond, I have not gotten a response. I've contacted the company multiple times via phone and certified mail.
