Trans Union is reporting an inaccurate and inconsistent information in my credit report. I have disputed the inaccuracy on many occasions but Trans Union simply send me a letter that states account verified as accurate without providing me with the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in my credit report as required by the FCRA. I have requested the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy of this account from Trans Union on XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX but have not received anything back at the time of filing this complaint. Trans Union is therefore in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) which states : a notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available
