I was contacted by MRS BPO , LLC via text messaging on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX to contact them about a XXXX debt. I never received any written information about the debt. I am caring for my XXXX mother that been hospitalized since XX/XX/XXXX. I am her only caregiver. My only sibling passed away in XXXX. I have been texted from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX to call XXXX regarding a matter for XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert from my bank and was told that I have a delinquency in collections on my account from XXXX that caused my XXXX score to drop XXXX points. I contact XXXX and could not get a live person. The automated system would drop my call. I then contacted XXXX and they said the information was with the collection agency. I was given XXXX and the number connected me to an answering service for XXXX XXXX which has no information about my XXXX account. On Friday XX/XX/XXXX I was able to get in touch with a live agent that then transferred me to XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX had called me once before and I made good faith payment. I told him that I was not able to talk and requested a call back which I never received about two weeks ago. After speaking to XXXX XXXX on Friday he was argumentative and unwilling to send me my information in writing. Stating that he could not send anything in writing because he did not want to make any promises that when I pay off the debt I can receive written documents. I am trying to regain my good XXXX score that I've been diligently working on. XXXX XXXX sent my account to collections in less than 30 days. I had made a good faith payment and wanted to resolve the matter so it would not affect my good XXXX score.
