This complaint is with Credit Acceptance Hello. I am aware of my full balance due on my vehicle. The remaining balance as well as the pay off quote is way more than what the original price of the vehicle was, which was around $ XXXX. My vehicle has over XXXX in miles, I pay 21 % in interest which is absurd. I have already paid over XXXX so far, it's no reason for my pay off quote to be over XXXX. I am really having a hard time paying such a high car note. My XXXX car note is XXXX XXXX I need for my contract to be changed. Or at least the amount to change so I can pay it off sooner. The remaining balance is over XXXX to pay and they won't do nothing to help. I called multiple times and no one helps.
