After recently submitting a dispute to your agency I see that these following accounts have come back verified when theres nowhere on my consumer report that states when the account was verfied. As a consumer it is my right to know what methods of validation was used to verify these accounts are in fact because these accounts are very much giving fraud and are not mine! If you can not provide the MOV to the below questions I must immediately demand the permanent removal of this/these items from my consumer report!. I have carefully reviewed the Metro 2 Credit Reporting Guidelines, which specify the proper procedures for the accurate reporting of consumer credit information. It is evident that the aforementioned items do not adhere to these guidelines, and as such, I kindly request that you investigate these inaccuracies and take appropriate action to rectify them.
