My name Is XXXX XXXX XXXX ; my current address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Phone : XXXX, Birthdate : XXXX I checked my credit reports and noticed some inquiries from companies that I did not give consent to access my credit reports, I am very concerned about all activity going on with my credit reports these days. I immediately demand the removal of these inquiries to avoid any confusion as I did not initiate these inquires or give any form of consent electronically, in person, or over the phone. I am fully aware that without permissible purpose no entity is allowed to pull my credit unless otherwise noted in section 604 of the FCRA. The following companies did not have permission to request my credit report : SEE ON THE ATTACHED CREDIT REPORT. I once again demand the removal of these unauthorized inquiries immediately. Thank you!
