To Whom it May Concern, In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my consumer report and under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) Equifax is in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate and not reporting at all. On XX/XX/2022 I sent in a dispute letter to Equifax asking them to verify a bankruptcy they are reporting on my credit report, I never recieved a response. I also disputed the same bankruptcy with XXXX and XXXX. XXXX deleted the bankruptcy, meaning they couldnt verify it. I'm still battling with XXXX on this matter. On XX/XX/2022 I sent in another dispute letter to Equifax making them aware that if they don't respond or comply with my dispute letter I would file complaint with the CFPB, the XXXX and the Attorney General 's office and sue for damages. I still haven't recieved a response. Instead they deleted my whole credit report and score. They haven't been reporting for the past 4-5 months. ( see attachment ) I have been reaching out to them to try to fix this matter ( dispute letter attached ), but unfortunately they won't respond. I need your help with this matter.
