They are participating in deceptive trade practices. They do not make it clear the CNAC and JD BYRIDER are the same company. The did not make it clear that the vehicle had been in previous accidents. They advertised one price for a down payment then later stated the down payment would be spread out in 4 payments amongst other deceptive acts. The damage the vehicle has previously had had greatly affected me financially. They claim to have an 80 plus point inspection yet the vehicle needed a new battery a few days after purchase. I also wasn't aware the loan was not through JD BYRIDER and was through a 3rd party. I also was not aware there vehicle was collateral for the loan. I was not aware of a lot of things. JD BYRIDER has multiple cases of deceptive practices. Nor was I notified of my right to rescind.
