the payments made are not being credited to my account when received and a mandatory hold was being placed in the payment. I have addressed the issue with the customer service of Barclays in XX/XX/2022, but the issue keeps on happening and can not explain the reason. Barclays does not have a reason to put a hold to my payments, no payments has been returned since this account has been opened. This account has been in good standing. This is unacceptable and unfair. It seems like my account has been targeted. i would like your agency to conduct an inquiry.
