on XX/XX/XXXX Tenant Data Services did a background screening report on myself as I was applying for a rental home. On this report It pulled an Eviction judgement that keeps appearing on my report that should not be showing at all. The file date of this judgement is XX/XX/XXXX The name is XXXX XXXX. Filed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy and this was included in this bankruptcy at this time and should not be appearing on my background report as all debts were cleared on this debtor. I have disputed with the agencies each time a tenant report is ran and they clear the report each time but when it is run again this eviction keeps then appearing back on the report. I have the reports showing they cleared the item after investigation but want the item permanently removed from my report so when the tenant report is pulled initially it comes back clear.
