I wish to contest a recurring charge from XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$190.00} dated XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/XXXX on my Capital One Venture credit card. I have been asked by XXXX and Capital One to show proof of cancellation. I do not have any proof because XXXX said it was a recurring automatic charge. I do not have any way of disproving this charge because I have not ever received any form of approval from XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I received an email saying that they were going to charge my Capital credit card. I called the telephone number, and I was talking with a very belligerent and profane man. He used the XXXX XXXX many times and somehow he was able to show a charge to personal checking account. I was adamant that this was illegal, which he answered with an XXXX XXXX. I immediately went to my local bank and they had to cancel my checking and savings accounts. I have contested this charge with Capital One and have been unable to get them to stop this charge being posted to my credit card. When I called XXXX, they were adamant that I pay the charge.I will not let XXXX to continue to charge me for something I do not want.
