This is in reference to complaint XXXX. Experian responded stating that the company verified that the disputed information was accurate as reported, but how can that be when I attached the letter from the company stating that they would be doing a goodwill adjustment. I do not believe that Experian cared enough to open the pdf attached because if they did, they would have seen the company 's response. The company also stated that no one from Experian recached out to do an investigation. Per the Senior Specialist XXXX at XXXX XXXX, this account is to be updated. If this account is not updated in 15 days, I will be seeking legal action. Once again please see the attached letter from the Creditor stating that they sent an AUD and requested that the late payment be removed.
