XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me today about a debt of XXXX owed to Telecheck and they are representing them to collect that debt ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I said that the check is the result of my lost checkbook last year ( which I already filed three complain with CFPB ). I said I can send them police report, but they refuse to offer me means to do that. They refused to report this to Telecheck and insisted I have to contact Telecheck to myself the issue. They also not tell me their official address and refuse to disclose how they get my personal information. I also try to file a dispute with Telecheck, but their website do not allow me to submit a dispute.
