I was asked to pay a fee to take away my loans due to student loan relief and nothing occurred. The amount I owe still is the same and has not went down. They transferred me to a different account and also took the full amount of my taxes due to no payment. I was a struggling single mother and put me in a worst hardship. And they took the money and sent me to a different student loan company.
