I have been in contact with PNC retail banking division from XX/XX/202 re : text messages should I have low funds in my business checking account. From XXXX XXXX the bank has been taking overdraft fees from the business checking account without initiating the text messaging alerts. As of XX/XX/, I have been attempting to reach XXXX XXXX re : case number : XXXX. There has been no response. I have been severely impacted by the bank 's refusal to provide an email or call. My rent was delayed in XXXX and I had to use my emergency funds to make payments although late. I had to defer payment on the monthly cell phone bill. These on-time payments in a recession are the key for average consumers to be able to make bigger purchases. If I can not get assistance for such a small action, then I am forced with great reluctance to switch banks and move to banks such as XXXX.
