Informed them that I have been the victim of fraud. They tell me to contact the people who inquired directly to find out why they pulled my credit, which makes no sense. I told them that after being informed that this is fraud, they are supposed to help me according to all the FCRPA and other consumer laws. I have called numerous times and spoken with many people, they all are giving me the run around and don't know how serious this is. I am asking them to remove all the fraudulent information ( inquiries ) as by the FCRA and that is to remove all incorrect, unauthorized and unverified. from my reports. My bank accounts have been hacked and someone is getting credit cards in my name, and I need help removing these fraudulent inquiries as I continue to try to protect my credit.
