I am a victim of fraud and/ or identity theft. I am writing to dispute the following item on my credit report maintained at your bureau. Each of the accounts and transactions I dispute were opened and made by someone with a similar name as me or pretending to be me. They may have also used stolen identification and/or documents to obtain goods or services. I never authorized, used, or benefited from these accounts or transactions in any way. Please delete the disputed items on my report within four ( 4 ) days as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act copied here below for your reference. FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) Block of Information Resulting from Identity Theft ( a ) Block. I am demanding deletion of reference account.
