ALDOUS is violating my federal rights in multiple ways I sent a Cease-and-Desist Letter to them dated XX/XX/2023 and gave the clear written instructions to remove the alleged account # XXXX from my consumer report within 4 business days of receiving the communication. However, ALDOUS is referring to the correspondent an a " dispute '' instead of Official " Cease and Desist '' where they are failing to stop communicating with indirectly through my consumer report. when a consumer sends a cease and desist ALL communications must cease and if there are ANY instructions from the consumer it must be followed. The ONLY communication that ALDOUS should have with me should be to provide written proof that written ALL my instructions were completed.
