I have submitted several disputes to TransUnion regarding inaccurate, unauthorized or fraudulent information being listed on my credit report. They have failed to properly and legally investigate my disputes going as far as sending letters stating that they don't believe the disputes are coming from me or an authorized party on my behalf. I sent the letters and request both certified mail and first class mail. I've been sending disputes since XX/XX/XXXX with the last certified letters being delivered to TransUnion on XX/XX/XXXX according to my tracking information. They are in direct violation of the FCRA and these matters need to be resolved immediately. I have attached copies of my last dispute as well as their response to it. I have also included the FTC Identity Theft report I attached to the disputes.
