my rights have been violated by XXXX, XXXX, and Experian on XX/XX/2023 I submitted my Victim Determination Letter along with the rule attached to it along with the list of adverse items to be blocked in 4 days. I received a response that has nothing to do with what i submitted to them and that same adverse information is still parked on my credit without my permission. List of violations are adverse information not being blocked 4 days per the final rule on victims of a severe form of XXXX XXXX, debt parked on my report to coerce payment from me, not in agreement with their membership contract to uphold state and federal law.
