Re : Notice to Cease and Desist for Specific Activity Dear Fair Collections and Outsourcing, Due to Inaccurate information reporting on my credit report, this letter is served upon. If you do not cease the aforementioned Activity a lawsuit will be commenced against you. You have violated multiple laws as a consumer I have rights including, *15 USC 1681 ( b ) *15 USC 1692 ( c ) *15 USC 692 ( g ) *15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) If the Activity continues, I will immediately seek a temporary restraining order in the District Court against you and any accomplices in this matter. I will also seek monetary damages to be proved at trial. Hopefully, this recourse is unnecessary, as I have my interests to protect and will vigorously do so. You will not receive another warning letter. If you do not confirm in writing to me by the 26 days of XX/XX/2023 that you will cease violating our Agreement a lawsuit will be commenced immediately. ALSO THE FEDERAL TRADE OF COMISSION IS FOLLOWING THIS COMPLIAINT AS WELL.
