States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction I never given my permission for a company to inquire about my credit states any inquiries made are unauthorized the presences of these inquiries on my credit report constitutes inaccurate information which under the fair credit reporting act must be removed once your investigation is completed please send me a copy of my updated credit report. I am a victim of Identity theft and the accounts listed below were established without my consent. I have enclosed a copy of my police report as proof that I have been a victim of fraud and I am Disputing these accounts understand that it is your responsibility to insure maximum accuracy in according to the fair and accurate credit transaction act all Fraudulent accounts must be deleted by a police report I demand that you remove these fraudulent accounts have hurt my ability to obtain any credit.
