on XX/XX/2023, i wen to a XXXX store and showed my paypal barcode to the cashier, handed her {$210.00} plus the {$3.00} fee ( in order to load the cash to my paypal balance, which i have done numerous times, and was given a receipt. The money was never added to my balance because paypal denied the load. I have not been told why the load was denied. I was given many different responses and excuses by paypal. XXXX says that once the transaction goes through and the receipt is printed, it is out of their hands. I am out the {$210.00}. I have read thousands of complaints online about this happening to other people. Imagine the billion each year collected through this method.
