Spoke to someone about the overage when transferred to this company and the escrow. I wasnt negative. Then a few months I am. I had XXXX. Extra from payments being sent. No one said anything about the time it will sit account before they will take it after question the amount. Ask for it to be refunded told no. They were to ask where I would lime for it to go and never did. So instead of refunding me or out to escrow that they say I'm short in. They moved the money to principle on their own to make my payments higher which is XXXX and I'm on fixed income. Ut that way they get free money and more from me. Making it harder on me. To include I still never recieved the back pay from the old company that sold my acct when they found out I had recording of them owing me my tax payment amount that I filed before on here. I sent that info with. We company and still nothing. I'm due XXXX plus from that still. They still havent refunded the late fee with this new company or the XXXX fee that the last company lied about a forclosed fee to my investor. I want to be refunded all my money and them to put that XXXX to that escrow and lower my payment back to it's original payment XXXX. XXXX where it should be. I called them again and spoke to a guy and gave permission to call bk if disconnect and no call back or anyone.
