Pursuant to 15 USC 6803, at the time of establishing a customer relationship with a consumer and not less than annually during the continuation of such relationship, a financial institution shall provide a clear and conspicuous disclosure to the consumer, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by regulations. Pursuant to 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( a ) such financial institution clearly and conspicuously discloses to the consumer, the credit bureaus violated my right to not giving me the right to opt out clearly and conspicuously. In addition, the customer is given the opportunity before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to a 3rd party in which the bureau 's violated this this law as well because I was never disclosed at all. I was never giving the right for nondisclosure, opportunity or explanation on how I can exercise my rights.
