I have disputed Account Name : XXXX Account XXXX : XXXX Sent certified mail to XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX second request ) Sent certified mail to Equifax : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX certified mail to XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX Credit Bureaus, XXXX, Equifax XXXX and XXXX, all three stated that the accounts were properly investigated and verified the accounts and information as accurate but the information for the account is still inaccurate. The date opened, the date last active, high credit and the date last reported are all inaccurate still. The payment history is incorrect and also not reporting correctly and XXXX does not report any payment history at all. How can this account be verified as accurate when nothing is accurate or reporting correctly or consistently? This is grounds for immediate removal and they have also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. They have also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : The law clearly states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I have not given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report. They have had plenty of time to actually verify and correct any errors but still have not and just keep sending back that the account is verified wasting my time and doing personal harm to me.
