BlockFi ( financial insitution at fault ) isn't answering the phone or getting back with emails ( phone number on card and headquarters phone ). I have a positive credit of nearly XXXX dollars in my credit card that I need to use. The positive credit was due to a refund that I couldn't take back or cancel the deposit with the company issuing the refund XXXX XXXX XXXX. Because they're not answering anything. I also can't take out my own money that I have in the interest account or wallet with them. Please help me take out my money as I need to use it for urgent necessities.
