Capital one savor one suddenly and abruptly cancelled my account and sent me an email on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX in the morning stating they were closing my account on XX/XX/XXXX ( makes no sense ) due to purchase activity has not been consistent with our expectations of how consumer accounts are used. I use my card frequently and I always pay off my card. Absolutely frustrating Ive been a customer for XXXX years. I tried to resolve it with the customer service but they stated they dont know the reason and they can not undo it because they are a third party customer service. They recommend that I send a letter to the actual capital one bank with questions and concerns. Which does nothing for me.
