In accordance with the fair credit reporting act, this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A, section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. under 15 USCS 1666B, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I have sent several certified letters to these companies, XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX. The response I have received from all companies is that they do not have to follow the laws I mentioned in paragraph 1. I will also attach the letters and responses I received from them. I have waited more than 60 days for them to correct this issue, You have 10 days to comply with the law or my lawyer will contact you to sue for negligence.
