I had paid off the loan 2 years early to XXXX XXXX. My final payment of {$5000.00} cash wire to them and looking now at my credit score 3 to 4 years later it says I owe XXXX XXXX money when I do not they have occurred nearly {$3000.00} of debt, When in fact I do not owe them a dollar I had pay them off and I have called them three or four times SENT EMAILS about this and they just hang up on me its very upsetting to see them hurt my score when I had paid a {$13000.00} loan off 3 years ago. Not to mention the car broke down it doesnt work the first year I bought it because of transmission problems they sold me a XXXX car and with A high loan RATE and then when paid off they accumulated close to {$3000.00} of debt. I HAD TO CALL 4 times for them to send my title a month Ofer not receiving it. Looks like EVERY employee there is very incompetent of doing a job
