I am trying to buy a house, and there is inaccurate information on my credit report, which is defamation to my character and livelihood. Per the FCRA, Section 623 the accounts that have been charged off should not still be reported as such on my credit report. I have attached the accounts that are reporting incorrectly. With these accounts, they are also all reporting multiple different dates of the last activity, which I have highlighted in the attached documentation, there are a total of 5 accounts that are reporting inaccurate for both of these issues. Per 15 U.S.C 1681 there should not be any damages on my credit report.
