On XX/XX/2023, after unfreezing my credit reports, I set up a direct payment to clear off two debts that were showing on my credit reports. The companies Seventh Ave and XXXX XXXX both of the same address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX. As agreed the direct payment was paid to these two accounts via a bank draft. AFTER the accounts where cleared by my bank, the companies came back onto my credit file, first marking the account as paid, then came back later the same day and reported that the accounts where charged off, which is a lie. They were both paid in full.
